Good vitamin complex; I take it once a day alongside zinc, as there's little zinc in the composition for my daily needs. It contains all essential antioxidants - A, C, E, calcium, zinc, selenium, copper, and manganese. The tablets are slightly large but easy to swallow and very affordably priced.
